幫男性朋友問,三十代中期身高168體重72.4
目前身材照片如下

他現在的菜單如下:
慢跑30分鐘
左右手各舉8號啞鈴15下、三輪共45下
水平舉4號啞鈴15下、三輪共45
滾輪跪姿15下、三輪共45
擡小腿機80lb 15下、三輪共45
後拉小腿機80lb 15下、三輪共45
以上做一休一
飲食則早餐澱粉一份、雞肉一份、牛奶一杯
午餐澱粉半份、雞肉一份、蔬菜一份、豬肉半份
晚餐同上
但這些菜單是之前別的運動所做的訓練
最近則是為了練出六塊腹肌、肚子不要凸出(或視覺上肚子不凸出)
我覺得他沿用以前的訓練方法應該沒用
請問各位有什麼建議呢?
