我去健身房都跑步機設定高度燃脂這樣1小時或是交叉機也是燃脂模式平均心率165 消耗4
50卡,請問健身器材上面消耗的卡路里是真的會消耗這麼多嗎?如果我ㄧ直著樣持續下去
是可以有效減肥還是各位有其他建議?因為我試過要跑起來但跑不到一分鍾就不行...重訓
我從來沒做過所以想說先把心肺練高點再做重訓
