請問那女性的菜單跟男性是否應該不一樣?
我女。最近才跑了不到一個月,每天50min 7km/1hr,聽版上的人說三餐正常吃。
體重沒有下降多少(不到1kg),但體脂數很慶幸下降了5%
該為自己拉警報的健康慶祝一下? ^^

但覺得自己線條還是很需要訓練。宿舍沒有重訓設備,因此常常只能跑有氧。
有朋友教我回家到社區健身房,手向後抬舉啞鈴,可以縮減蝴蝶袖。
至於瘦腿我還在研究><
