這邊的板友相信大多數都很重視蛋白質的攝取
很多文章也都說蛋白質多一點 澱粉少一點是比較健康的飲食
但是偏偏小弟我有家族的遺傳多囊腎
雖然目前腎功能都還正常 但已經有多囊產生了
有定期追蹤 問過醫生飲食的注意事項 醫生說 什麼都能吃不要過量就好(實在很攏統
但網路上很多資料都說腎有異常的人 蛋白質還是要少吃
不知道腎有問題的板友們飲食上都怎麼取捨呢?
畢竟感覺主要的熱量來源如果不是蛋白質就是澱粉了
如果蛋白質少一點 那勢必澱粉就需要多一點了吧?
好不容易減掉的一些體脂 感覺又會因為這樣回到身上了
身材好難維持QQ
