最近開始進行168斷食法
遇到了最大的問題
我的健身時間大概都是9點以後
已經過了168的時間
這樣是不是不該喝乳清比較好
我嘗試過一下班就去健身
可是效率沒有很好
而且乳清喝飽也吃不下雞胸肉餐了
我現在的折衷方案是
下午就先喝一杯乳清
晚上依舊九點再去健身
不知道這樣子乳清的功效會不會不好
請問大家有更好的方案嗎
還有那天只有跑步有氧的話適合喝乳清嗎
