低碳飲食可以吃油的肉嗎? - 健身

最近在進行低碳飲食
每天1800-2000大卡
碳水控制在60-80公克
想請問可以吃油的肉嗎
像是便當店滷雞腿、好事多烤雞腿
(含皮吃)
自己煎的五花肉、鯖魚等等
(不會吃什麼控肉 豬腳 太難算了)
因為碳水少很難光靠蛋白質
吃到1800大卡 所以想說肉可以油一點
我知道堅果、橄欖油好的油可以多吃
不過這些雞皮、五花的油算是好的油嗎?

另外想問這個雞腿估350 ok嗎?
