今天早餐沒來得及吃 對不起 我的錯
中午出門面試家教 路途中 看到蜜汁燒烤的攤販
買了甜不辣、小腿、百頁豆腐各一個
吃得很開心
面試完 回程 又跑去同一家 又買了兩塊 想說當晚餐吃
心裡還喜孜孜的認為百頁豆腐是三樣當中熱量最低的 容易飽
晚上還心裡盤算著今天有沒有吃到基代
自以為自己少吃了一百多卡 當然 我也沒有再補吃一百卡的食物
到剛剛 想說查一下百頁的熱量好了 畢竟 今天吃了三條 其實是整整一塊半
沒想到 晴天霹靂阿
一條居然要將近300卡 脂肪含量超高 那我吃了三條 豈不是破表了嗎
想當初我以前減肥 最愛吃百頁豆腐減肥了 原來我錯了 它是害我減不了肥的原兇阿
成分標示
每100g中有
蛋白質12g
脂肪20g
碳水化合物(澱粉) 6.7g
經過今晚這一擊 我完全被擊垮了 以後再也不敢吃百頁豆腐了
難怪我體脂肪超過標準 體重標準
不知道版上還有多少人跟我一樣 不知道百頁豆腐的熱量是這麼高的?
要減肥的人請切記
經常性減肥者
百頁的熱量是214大卡/100公克
傳統豆腐只有 88大卡/100公克
百頁算是加工品
所以脂肪含量很高(17%)
請小心唷
