原本不想這麼快把我的一身絕學送出去
後來反省發現自己實在是懂太多了
需要常常教給別人 不然自己的負擔很沉重
於是就趁連假來一個happy big put song
(快樂大放送)
今天要教的是練招狂絕-「將進酒」
很多人在做高次數時候沒有耐心
常常1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10
才數到ten就覺得已經很多了 這是意志力
但是這不是你的錯 是阿拉伯數字的錯
楚哥怎麼做 利用中文字的優美還有詩歌的意涵來取代(使用mind來代償)
也就是當你做高次數的時候
試試看不要數數字 來唸七言絕句
楚哥心法2-「用mind來代償 提高次數」
盡量挑磅礡一點的
例如
葡萄美酒夜光杯
每一個字就是一下
當你醉臥沙場君莫笑的時候 會很有感覺
在訓練的過程你會有左右腦神經的衝突
一下要想絕句的內容
會忘記你居然已經15 16 下了
這就是mind代償的作用
當然你記憶裡越多詩歌越好 這樣可以轉換
像楚哥自己就是參雜元曲宋詞
飲食男女一定很多人期待
但是訓練更重要
你不是沒有意志力衝 你需要李白幫你代償
就像進藤光需要佐為一樣
