小弟我...
曾經體脂17(2013/4月) 經過半年努力到達12(2013/10月)
但是因為考試的因素又胖到19 (2014/1~2月)
最近因為畢旅出去玩水想練身材又練回12(2014/4月初)
但是在這之間一直存在一個問題...
就是我發現我有週期性的暴飲暴食, 大概1~2禮拜會爆衝一次
舉例來說: 像我今天晚上就吃了20片披薩+雞排一塊
我在想是不是我平常太壓抑自己了,幾乎都是吃水煮居多
獻上菜單
平常早餐 蒸蛋+一種水果+一個饅頭
中餐 一個饅頭+一碗燙青菜和雞里肌肉(或雞胸肉)做成的湯
燙青菜的量大概就是一個拳頭再多一點點量 雞肉則是三條里肌肉
晚餐 同中餐
其實我覺得我這樣吃並太時常不會感到太餓,若餓的話我會自己去找一份水果吃
然後水果和青菜的種類我都會盡量不太重複吃,
基本上我覺得我這個人還滿養生的(自以為),蔬果我都會盡量每種顏色都吃到...
然後幾乎不碰油炸食品,我買便當甚至連一般煎肉魚都覺得那簡直油膩肥胖到死..
所以我都吃水煮雞胸肉或里肌肉
重點是說:
只要遇到可以一直吃的時候我就不會放過...
舉例來說: 像今天這麼多pizza 吃不完 我看到兩三盒pizza在那越來越冷,也沒人要碰
我就會開始不停的吃...
其實我在聚會前都有跟自己說不要吃太多不要吃太多,
但我就是沒辦法忍受看到食物這樣放在那沒人要吃就默默地涼掉...
PS 我平常運動量很大 早上1~1.5小時 晚上1~1.5小時
十二點以前必睡 幾乎六七點就起床 準備去運動
我想問問有沒有人跟我有一樣的情形,我想知道我該怎辦 應該去看心理醫生嗎??
是要看哪一科呢??
