最近開始運動想減肥
就是一天跑步 一天練舞 一天休息 這樣循環
已經維持兩個多月了
雖然體重沒有改變 但是四肢有明顯的緊實一點了:)
但是遇到一個棘手的問題......胸部竟然變大了(我已經過青春期了)
請大家不要攻擊這一點
因為我是窮學生
短時間內....實在是沒有多餘預算買新內衣(內衣真的很貴ˊˋ)
而且32E 的cup 已經穿不下了
每次都要買34E或36E的內衣 再把胸下圍改短
真的很麻煩
而且前幾個禮拜買好的一件表演服 (有刻意買大一號的)
昨天無聊拿起來穿竟然發現胸部已經扣不上了.....=口=
12月就要表演了呀Q_Q
有人建議我去看婦產科(可能是內分泌的問題)
但是我不太想用藥物控制的方式...感覺對身體不太好
請問有人可以提供一些方法可以控制胸部成長的嗎
運動或飲食都OK
