昨天因為嘴饞 經期最後一天吃了一大碗冰
然後跑去運動(非洲舞 超動感 左右問題也不大 推!!!)
回家後 頭痛 肚子痛 全身發冷 外加 量了體重一公斤也沒動(6月中至今)
心情很差~
閃光回家後 就跟他抱怨 運動根本沒用 又害我肚子痛 頭痛 我好可憐... (哭~~~)
老大他都沒安慰我痛痛 劈頭就說 : 你飲食沒節制!
我一天吃三餐 拿昨天的菜單來說:
早:肉鬆蛋吐司+小冰奶
中:火腿蛋炒飯
午茶:燒熱冰+牛奶+巧克力餅乾*2塊 (因為吃了甜點 所以就不吃晚餐)
這樣會太多?
我想運動要耗費體力 當然要正常吃啊 而且我既然選擇了運動這個健康的減重方式
飲食當然也要正常啊 !
幾乎每天去健身房 30分跑步機(4分熱身 26分跑起來)+30分的重訓
如果有喜歡的課程的話 還會再上一節舞蹈課之類的 為什麼體重不動如山?
好想哭...之前用節食的方式 成果都馬上看的見的 ...
運動減重 真的也要節食?
我真的吃太多? 動太少?
