運動一個多月 體脂肪只降0.2%正常嗎 - 健身

不好意思 想請問大家
我從七月底開始有規律的運動 一周運動最少兩次 最多到五次(通常都是四次)
一次都超過30分鐘 (是踩踏步機 每次都滿身大汗 汗狂滴)
踏的總次數都過2200下(以踏步機上面的數字為準)
另外偶爾會做一些腿部運動(比較緩和的 但是做完腿很痠)
運動的目標是希望身上的肉可以緊實一點 尤其是腿部(本身並不胖)
另外希望體脂肪能夠降低一點
但前幾天去康是美量體脂 發現只降低了0.2%
我之前飲食就蠻節制的 所以沒有特別忌口 (所謂節制是指不碰油炸.高熱量
吃的也只超過基代一兩百卡左右)
請問大家這樣是正常的嗎 如果要再降低體脂 就照我說明的方式繼續堅持
這樣就可以嗎 有沒有另外要注意什麼的呢 非常感謝大家^^
