三餐內容
早餐:早餐店三角三明治(隨便任一)+微糖豆漿350CC
午餐:半碗飯+三樣青菜+一樣肉類或是魚類(非油炸)
下午:香蕉1根
晚餐:VONO濃湯+一份桂格麥片+一顆芭樂
其他:運動完喝200CC的脫脂牛奶
每日喝水量約1500~2000
日常作息時間:8點起床,最晚一點睡
生活型態:辦公室上班族
運動習慣:一周約4.5天19807 X-BIKE 騎1H 阻力3 轉速28或29附近
我的問題:
已經運動一個月了,"體型"都跟原本一樣..小腹.臉.手臂.大腿.腰都不變..有點灰心>"<
是否因為1.飲食的問題(吃太多或是吃太少,我估算每日進食約1400卡附近,基代才1054)
2.騎x-bike我會騎3X分鐘後停約5-10分鐘,之後再繼續騎到1小時
是因為我沒有騎持續一小時的問題嗎?
