運動一個月體重依舊沒減 - 美體

我是外表看起來瘦瘦的女生
但是卻有很大的肚子
身高155體重卻逼近50 以前最輕時也才43
一個月前決心運動來塑身
買了一台搖擺踏步機
每天吃完晚餐後運動半小時
每次都有流很多汗
我一直幻想我有瘦肚子有變小 實際上好像沒有
滿懷希望一個月後量體重卻一點都沒減
非常的失望也很挫折
我吃東西都正常也沒特別多 我不喜歡吃飯從以前就沒有攝取很多澱粉
看板上的心得結果應該不會如此
可否給我一點建議呢?
