運動一段時間後屁股變扁了 - 健身

身高165
體重117磅,大概53.5公斤
半年前量體脂很高,25%
為了健康理由開始運動
但是因為工作關係全身很多扭傷,所以偏挑能訓練肌力在家做的運動
像鄭多燕的腹部體操, 或是自己舉啞鈴(1.3kg),腳狀況好的時候會去快走或慢跑
不過,這樣三個月下來
我的屁股變扁了....囧
腰線有比較好看一點,但是屁股扁的很誇張
以前我的腳很健康的時後,每個禮拜四次慢跑每次40分鐘屁股都好好的
為什麼現在動一下屁股就扁了?
請問大家有類似的問題過嗎?
