運動中不舒服可否休息一下? - 健身

開始運動兩個多月了,最近慢跑至17-30分鐘時肚子都會悶痛(像生理痛)或側腹痛,不得已都必須休息一下,大概五分鐘左右,等狀況好一點就繼續跑到一小時為止。
想請問像這樣中斷會不會影響燃脂效果?有時候不到半小時就不舒服一定得停下來...還是無論如何慢慢跑也要撐下去?謝謝
ps.一小時大概可跑9公里,不包含暫停的時間
