運動了半年 還是受不下來 QQ - 減肥

體脂率:32(家裡體重機量的不知道準不準)
參考照片:(可免填,但抱怨自己太壯或肌肉太大塊者必填)
三餐內容
早餐:600CC低脂鮮奶 + 7-11 香草烤雞飯糰
午餐:公司附近的自助餐 肉跟青菜(大約一個拳頭) 各一半 飯吃一碗
晚餐:在家裡吃 大約就普通家常菜 不過飯會吃到兩碗
其他:上下午上班會喝 3合1咖啡各2包( 泡1千CC) 晚上肚子餓偶爾會喝1000CC美祿
其他大都喝無糖的茶 一星期大約吃1~2次消夜 2個星期會去吃一次吃到飽
日常作息時間: 晚上12左右點睡 早上八點左右起床
生活型態:上班族
運動習慣:(有氧運動請「務必」寫明心跳數、時間長短)
1.下班會去附近400公尺操場最外圈 時間一小時 大約先走3圈 跑9圈剩下就用走的
大約一小時跑13圈半 不過現在完全用走的大概是十三圈
2.騎x-bike 阻力 8 時間一小時 速度大約25左右
一個星期 運動四天 跑跟騎腳踏車大約都各兩天 除非下雨才會都騎x-bike
心跳數因為沒有心跳錶不會測量
我的問題:(請將您主要的疑問陳述於此)
之前有貼過一次減肥文 有成功減到95 後面因為腳受傷整個荒廢
在去年七月又胖到108公斤 後開始運動 大約在去年12月運動到 上述的程度
中間完全沒有瘦到100公斤以下 最多只有到103 現在又肥到105
請問一下 是否我的運動強度太低了 ?? 不過再跑快一點 我的腳也受不了
還是需要再增加運動時間 還是去重訓效果會比較好呢?
