之前剛開始運動有來PO過文
轉眼間五個月過去
我已經達成自己的初步目標了
飲食三餐正常,沒有特別為這段時間規劃菜單
不過我運動幾乎是天天做,每個月只有生理期會休1天
體重-->52.5-->49.7
體脂-->24.3-->23.3

剛開始運動,右圖是第三天,左圖是三週後
三週後感覺是穿褲子不會腰間擠出一堆肉

運動滿兩個月,但覺得身材沒有明顯變化
主要運動項目是有氧舞蹈
當時飛輪一週2 or 3次
體重瘦1公斤

回國後體重體脂完全沒增加
信心大增

回國後每天都騎飛輪,很快覺得腿有比較細

終於覺得自己變苗條
慶祝初見4字頭,買了一件XXS的洋裝還穿進去了 (樂)

不過我還蠻愛我的肥胖紋
覺得有紋表示有瘦
持續愛飛輪課
三不五時還會加碼UBike XDDDD
