運動初期的疑問 - 減肥

一直有個疑問
想請問大家
之前有一陣子有做運動,但發現好像運動了一兩個禮拜
體重沒有變輕的跡象...反而還肥一兩公斤????
於是超喪氣的!所以沒有持之以恆
最近這幾天,開始想要減肥
但發現我才運動約一個禮拜
我的運動方式是走路半小時,局部運動(瘦腿跟屁股的)十分
肌肉拍打放鬆按摩運動約十分鐘
一個禮拜量
但又肥了一兩公斤???我發誓我晚餐沒有吃澱粉纇的,而且還很早就吃了約六點多
讓我開始懷疑運動的功效
怎麼會這樣呢??
我還問我同事
他說他之前運動的時候剛開始沒什麼感覺有變瘦,反而好像會肥個一公斤上下
但每當某個時間就突然有變化,開始下降
然後又繼續維持,又突然下降
又說脂肪會累積到某一個程度,就會開始大量燃燒所以有明顯感受到變化
真的會降嗎??
我都快放棄了...
有人有這樣的經驗嗎??? 謝謝
