最近去wg重訓
常常感覺到練完隔天很酸痛
睡眠感覺也是足夠
運動後的放鬆也沒少做
隔天還是很酸痛
問了朋友是說多吃高蛋白隔天就比較不會痠痛
跑去求證wg教練也是說確實有幫助
也爬了一些文章也有寫運動前喝效果更好

我本來以為高蛋白是運動後修復肌肉使用的
大家有試過運動前喝感覺比較不會痠痛嗎
