運動大原則是出力時吐氣
但是我在坐姿上胸繩索的時候吐氣
常常感覺到上半身軀幹因為吐氣而收縮往後
8下以後常常是覺得吸不到氣 會喘而停止
而不是肌肉舉不起來
請問是我的呼吸方式有錯誤
還是什麼問題呢?
