運動完也不太會餓? - 健身

我很瘦
173 47 男生喔
從小就這麼瘦 遺傳的
飯吃的比一般男生少
但還算正常
三餐除了早餐偶爾沒吃外午晚餐一定正常吃
會吃宵夜
體重自從高中後好像就固定在那
多吃少吃都是固定47-.-
覺得男生這種身材真是太難看了要下定決心增重
吃高熱量的東西都試過了都沒用
想說是不是運動不足所以吸收不好的關係
我真的是個運動白痴
籃球運一運就會掉的那種
所以現在有空每晚都去跑步
現在已經進步到一次跑4000了 而且不會有很累的感覺
可是跑完後我還是不餓啊
應該說我運動完都不會覺得餓
體育課選羽球也是滿操的
打完滿身汗很累反而更不想吃東西-.-
這樣等於我一直在消耗熱量
我會不會變更瘦啊天啊
有在做伏地挺身 大概25-30*3這樣
請問我這樣真的有機會變胖嗎
順帶我一下我還有雞胸
伏地挺身能改善嗎
