不好意思發了月經文
我餓的時間點都是晚上11-12點 (8點左右走操場)
目前只有兩個選擇 蘋果or豆漿 我個人是比較傾向豆漿
但.. 我家的豆漿都是買有甜的 那哪種比較適合呢
豆漿的糖分有關係嗎? 因為看文章大家好像都是喝無糖的 囧
還是有另外的建議呢? (因為要睡了沒辦法大吃) 感謝!
