運動完隔天早上很累 - 健身

晚上下班後上健身房重訓40分~1小時, 接著做有氧運動(飛輪)
睡眠大概6.5小時, 但是早上起來吃完早餐進辦公室之後, 一整個累到不行..
是我睡得太少嗎? 有人有這種情形嗎 ??
