先簡介一下自己
我178/90 從兩個月前開始減肥
因為失戀QQ"
從原本98到今天去大醫院量90
體脂肪不知道 因為家裏附近康是美得體脂計壞了XD
因為平常有打籃球的習慣 一個禮拜平均1~2次
看了這個版之後發現打籃球好像不能減肥
就開始用快走的方式
不敢跑步因為韌帶斷過
想要請教一下
如果我習慣了像籃球這樣激烈的運動
快走對我來說會不會效果比較不明顯阿
我都走一個小時 雖然會流汗
心跳好像沒有到很明顯的加速
但是除了快走其他的方法都傷膝蓋QQ
那我還有可以用什麼方式減肥呢?
感覺有瘦真好
穿衣服都有腰身了哈哈
