體脂下降速度 - 減肥

減肥已經經過一個月
這段時間飲食有做控制~養成每天運動的習慣
測量記錄:
2010/04/18
體脂率 23.5%
體重 52公斤
基代 1230
2010/05/17
體脂率 21%
體重 51公斤
基代 1202
菜單如下:
早餐:1.全麥土司一片+小黃瓜+肉片(或起司)
2.紅豆或芝麻饅頭一顆 (比手掌大一點)
3.早餐店起司蛋三明治 x1
會喝一杯200cc的豆漿(無糖有糖不一定)
午餐:吃家裡,
三菜一肉或一魚 (菜都很清淡 絕對不會有炸物出現)
飯一碗
晚餐:1.同中餐
2.有時候吃外賣便當(三菜一肉,不選炸物,飯吃一半,菜稍油)
3.玉米蔬菜粥
晚餐後:1.會吃一些水果(量不多,切成小塊吃不超過六塊)
2.無糖豆漿or牛奶一杯200cc
運動:1.每天跑步一小時,但因心肺耐力還不夠,還無法持續一直跑,所以是跑到不行了
,再小快走二十秒,再繼續跑。
2.一個星期做4-5天的腹部訓練,包括半仰臥起坐之類的動作

問題:想請問這一個月的測量結果,體脂下降的速度是否ok?
我每天都記錄飲食的熱量,基代一開始1230,都吃到1400-1500
驚訝的是,基代也掉了@@,我很正常吃說....請問基代為何會下降呢?
