只靠著不吃澱粉是否真的沒辦法減體脂? - 減肥

我有個朋友,靠著每天晚上6點之後不吃東西、晚餐不吃澱粉(早午餐正常吃,
有時候四點多會吃個水果當點心),沒有做任何運動,半年內瘦下7KG。整個人看起
來小了一號。那時候讓我羨慕得要死。
昨晚再度遇到她,她說,現在自己體脂肪過高,還有脂肪肝的問題。
因此,我在想,這樣不是不是代表著她的減肥方式是沒有辦法降低體脂肪?
還是說,這只是個案呢?
