三餐內容
早餐:土司夾豬肉片和生菜/咖啡+土司2片/7-11三明治/香蕉/清粥小菜(自己煮)
午餐:飯一碗+青菜一碗+有肉就會吃肉偶爾有雞湯
晚餐:看早午餐有沒有熱量爆表,有的話我就會少吃
沒有的話就香蕉/豆漿/青菜等等東西,吃到不餓為止
因為我家晚餐就沒有煮菜,或很晚吃,
我自己要早吃的話就都吃簡單的東西
其他:儘量有在改,但還是偶爾會喝飲料,現在一週約2~3杯
青菜水果是差不多2~3份一天
水是渴了就喝,沒有特別重量
因為我的中醫要我不要喝太多水,渴了再喝就好
日常作息時間:
現在大約都是11~12點睡,七點起床
生活型態:上班族~業務,要跑客戶,講話,騎機車
運動習慣:一週三次以上
有跳繩30分鐘(約1300下)
社大肚皮舞課二小時
健身車30分鐘以上,但沒有特別快或特別慢,我都是轉1而已
我的問題:
我差不多是3月10號開始減肥的,差不多二個多月了
那時的體重和體脂是63.4 / 32.5%
也就是我差不多是減了6.4公斤
但我的體脂是差不多只有降一點多~2%,
因為我都是早上起床上完廁所脫光光量
現在是都在29.5~30點多在跑
不知道我體脂會不會降太少?
然後我歐姆龍量出來的基代本來是135x,現在差不多都只有125x
少了差不多100,這是正常的嗎@@
(我都有吃到基代多一點點)
我腰圍從29>27 臀圍也差不多有小一吋
我比較怕瘦得不健康,瘦到肌肉等等,不知道現在這樣看起來還ok嗎?
