運動強度問題 - 健身

各位板友好我目前是20歲學生,身高164體重48~49(女生),之前沒有任何運動習慣,有二尖
可是我不會游泳而且家附近沒有游泳池所以打算從快走開始,目前是每天放學快走2~3km速?
(平常靜止時心跳偏高約80~100,一般走路110~130,偶爾會用inderal控制心跳)
因為現在在準備下個月升學考與七月底的國家考試所以希望每天運動時間大約在30分鐘左右
PS心跳的問題排除甲狀腺機能亢進,已抽過兩次血一次甲狀腺超音波
還有我不喝飲料的包括茶類咖啡,唯一稱的上飲料的只有豆漿跟低脂奶,一天喝水2000
