運動強度的問題 - 健身

抱歉,標題下的不好,因為不知道怎麼表達
想請問大家
如果原本運動的時間是1小時,之後變成30-40分鐘
有可能會因此瘦不下來嗎?(假設不考慮飲食)
因為有朋友跟我說
一旦身體習慣了"1小時"的運動量
之後想瘦就得比1小時或是1小時多的運動量?
有看過置底文,但是沒有找到答案
想請板大給予指教 謝謝
