運動後 - 喘不過氣 頭暈 想吐作嘔 - 健身

因為這件事情已經發生不只一次了
所以很想來請教板上朋友的經驗
就是在重量訓練過後
突然間感覺到喘不過氣 然後就會頭暈 開始作嘔 (沒吃東西 所以沒有東西嘔出)
心跳非常劇烈 而且整個身體開始有點麻痺
如同瀕死的感覺
每次都在想說自己會不會還沒出社會就因為運動而死了
或是突然肌纖維溶解 提早去報到卡位
運動前因為怕運動過程或是運動過後會反胃 所以都沒有進食
但是會攝取牛奶以及運動用高蛋白 且邊運動邊補充
運動大致就是4項器材 連續不間斷不休息做三個循環
(體力好時 體力不好時只做兩個循環 連續不間斷是之前爬文看到的)
重訓之前會先跑400m操場8圈 當作熱身
是否我還有甚麼該注意沒注意 或是任何不良的運動習慣
導致我這樣的後果呢?
[發生這樣的情形時 多半是在學校的地下重訓室 沒有冷氣 冬天夏天皆發生過]
