好久好久沒有運動了
也越來越胖
昨天一時興起
就跟老爸去跑步
還整整落後老爸一圈
運動後是蠻舒服的
但今天早上起床
一直覺的自己好像在發燒
但尿量也沒變少 也沒呈紅茶色
好擔心自己得了橫紋肌溶解症
我該怎麼辦呢
會不會是剛好感冒= =
擔心死了啦
