實際上我覺得這效應對一般人做的運動來說,
差異根本可以說是一般誤差值了
一般人的運動強度有受損到這麼迫切需要攝取大量蛋白嗎?
而且如果不是攝取乳清蛋白,實際上也很難在一個小時內消化完成。
有時候這種研究的目的只是破除一般進食時機的迷思,
但反過來說,你執著在這一小時之內進食實際上也沒太大意義...
只能說,這個研究的理論對我們一般人來說,
最重要的概念就是運動完覺得餓就吃不要怕,
但是不想吃也不用刻意去吃。
一樣是注意總熱量跟營養均衡即可。
