久站的人下班後選擇什麼運動? - 健身

第一次發文還請多多指教
因為上班要久站 每天約6-8小時不等
站完後真的是腿無力
雖然站久了無感 但回到家一樣會痠痛
我會趁補眠時抬腿(靠牆)
不過一直想要運動 有氧的全身運動最好
跑步 游泳 騎腳踏車
但是 久站後腿真的很累
不知道能做什麼好
不知道大家有什麼建議嘛?
