開始慢跑加快走已經一個月
每天大約50分鐘
這幾天大約運動30分鐘後
會開始覺得手掌.腳掌麻麻的
然後是整個小腿 手肘也麻麻的
倒是不會不舒服
但還是有疑惑
請問有人有相關的經驗嗎??
或者我想看醫生 該看哪科呢??
