運動後睡得很死 - 健身

最近開始運動,一個月左右
平常大概是一天跑步 一天重訓
不過最近因為膝蓋怪怪的,所以把跑步改成快走(4km/40mins)
回來之後有時會加幾個練肌力的動作
我大部分都是在晚上運動,約8~9點
等晚飯消耗得差不多
版上說的晚上做運動會睡不著
在我身上是大大的相反
尤其是做肌力訓練
我是做鄭多燕腹部加強的那片,約40分鐘
雖說是腹部加強,但我覺得她有練到蠻多下半身的肌肉
像bridge 側腰 練背肌 練大腿
做完之後,也會滿頭大汗
再加上其他的重訓,湊到1個小時
所以現在每天是快走+肌力訓練 共1個半小時左右
做完之後洗個澡 按摩拉筋一下
晚上超好睡的!!!!
覺得睡得非~長~沉
感覺就是像睡死了 早上精神超好
ps. 我之前其實算有點小失眠的人,都要躺1個小時才睡得著
睡眠品質便好應該算是運動的收穫吧^^
