體脂率:真的找不到地方測,學校的GYM沒有,我平時去的GYM機器壞了,紐約的藥房好像
也沒這種機器,更不可能去醫院測 囧> 總之我很確定,體脂率很高(掩面)
三餐內容
早餐:兩片烤吐司 + 兩顆炒蛋 + 一杯牛奶
午餐:在學校的話就是買學校的午餐,有時候壽司一盒大概8~10個,或者是Burrito超大
一個,裡面有飯、豆子、肉、一點起司、Sour cream & Salsa 自己在家裡就比較簡單,
今天中午就是煎一塊牛排搞定(非常態),或是蛋炒飯(比較常)之類的。
晚餐:一碗白飯 + 一種肉 + 一盤蔬菜
其他:餓了可能會找水果吃,或喝一點牛奶
日常作息時間:正在努力調整作息,盡量每天睡滿八個鐘頭,不過對於超級夜貓的我來說
真的非常困難。我是一個不在半夜打報告就沒辦法打報告的人...Orz
生活型態:大學生,目前一個禮拜只上三天課。
運動習慣:
運動方式大概有幾種:自己平時在家會沒事舉舉啞鈴,趴在床上會做一下CURL-UP,但是
人在家的時間大部分還是在用電腦。
禮拜二跟禮拜五在學校一整天的課中間有兩個小時休息時間,打算去學校的健身房跑步,
還沒去過所以不知道會跑多快,下午要上課所以有點怕流太多汗。
但是禮拜一、三、四會去附近政府開的健身房,會先做一下重訓,但是強度不會很高,大
概就是練身體健康的。XD 之後會做半個小時Elliptical(踏步機之類的東西)以及半個小
時腳踏車,心跳應該都有在140+...吧,踏步機不知道為什麼好像不太喜歡顯示我的心跳的
樣子...囧>
六日怕健身房太多人,我一般就是走路,正常散步,會看腳的狀況調整路線,基本上至少
走六公里,最高也只走過7.5公里就是了。時速大概也是六公里,就剛好走一個小時或一個
半小時這樣。
不過這一切其實也都只是上個禮拜二才開始的...囧rz
我的問題:
以我的體重,這樣子感覺是不是吃的有點少?
可是我自己又不會感覺餓,還滿囧的。感覺反而有點要逼自己吃東西的感覺,好杯桑。
然後就是這樣子運動量會不會不夠啊?
畢竟目標是至少減到80公斤,整個就很遙遠。大家都說胖子瘦的快,第一個禮拜就瘦了幾
公斤云云,我的體重完全沒有動過啊啊啊! <囧>
雖然我也很清楚目標不是要看體重是要看體脂,但是動了一個禮拜體重完全沒變動多少會
有壓力啊。
最後問題就是,六日的時候這樣散步,距離希望可以一直拉長,可是這樣有減重效果嗎?
因為我真的沒有辦法跑步,跑不了多久就會喘,在踏步機上還比較好。雖然我沒有辦法跑
步,但是堅持走路我還是可以做到的,可是如果這樣是沒有效果的話,那我還不如去健身
房人擠人一下比較實在吧?
如果有板友願意提供任何其他的意見,我也是非常感激的。
我真的不想再癡肥下去了啊...(吶喊)
