感謝各位解疑,我都有在追蹤本版。
基代的意義我也了解,只是一直沒有正確測量的管道。
我也不是追求仙女餐的那種,
早餐正常吃(漢堡/三明治/蛋餅/燻雞吐司輪著吃+豆漿)
午餐也是大約一碗飯+瘦肉和三四樣蔬菜(團膳)
晚餐也跟午餐差不多,我想熱量應該有1600以上。
15天減3KG我想應該是包含誤差。
近期的84KG其實算是測量誤差的上限,因為在9月還是有出現83.5的數值。
81是今天早上量的,看來也是有脫水造成的誤差。
另外我的運動量是騎自行車
中間有休息5~10min的持續高有氧(140~160rpm)
平日都至少有1.5hr(45~50KM左右)、
假日少說也有3hr~4hr(接近100Km)。
我之前的體重大約是以一個月1.5KG左右的速度在下降。
