過停滯期後的體重/脂快速的下降? - 健身

這幾年一直都有騎自行車運動的習慣。
大概是有調整飲食跟運動頻率的關係,從去年9~10月開始,
體重/體脂開始呈緩慢的速度下降。
從去年九月底的91kg/31%,一直到今年五月的84KG/27.5%
然後就開始進入了停滯期。
因為今年度想騎的賽事大至都結束了,這個月大多都以有氧(AVG 136~140)的強度
一週約五六天、平日1.5hr以上、假日4hr的頻率和強度在騎乘。
再加上飲食的節制(份量大約為之前的7成,粗推大概在1700卡上下)
晚上除了運動完喝包正常糖的豆漿外,也沒什麼在喝含糖的飲料。
不知道是不是剛好綜合以上的原因,從九月中開始。
體重大約以0.7KG/3天的速度在掉、體脂也同樣在下降。

期實有點懷疑這樣的速度,在想會不會是脫水的原因。
不過我運動時和運動後水份的補充也不會少。
有點好奇到底這樣下降的速度率算不算正常呢?
