我沒什麼肉,瘦瘦的
平常運動主要是慢跑為主
每次跑的距離大約五千公尺左右吧
想問問看跑完步,有沒有特別吃什麼東西吸收比較好低
不是要減重唷
(跑完我都會去便利商店,買瓶黃金豆豆漿來喝說)
