請問一下
我最近運動結束後
頭會很暈 有點天旋地轉的感覺 站不太穩 感覺好像要暈過去了
只能坐下來休息一陣子 才會好轉
請問一下這是什麼問題
我都是重訓大概三十分鐘 接著有氧一個小時
