運動後進食,會停止燃燒體內脂肪嗎? - 健身

請問一下
如果有氧運動30分鐘後
假設開始燃燒體內脂肪了
此時如果進食了 會阻斷體內脂肪燃燒嗎?改成直接利用血液中的葡萄糖做為能量?
(↑↑相對於晚上10點運動後到隔天早上7點才吃早餐而言)
而且我想弄清楚
所謂"有氧燃脂"
原因是下列三種嗎?
1.提高基礎代謝??(效果可維持到運動後幾小時呢?)
2.運動過程燃脂??(有氧運動30分鐘後的效果)
3.刺激分泌lipase??(就是第二點運動過程燃脂?)
那麼,如果每次運動不到20分鐘,也能達到提高基礎代謝嗎?
最後一問,所謂的有氧30分鐘,是已經包含20分鐘消耗肝醣+10分鐘燃脂嗎?
還是要30分鐘以上才有燃脂呢??(那不就只是個起點?只做30分鐘是無燃脂效果的?)
