運動後開始睡不好、胸悶 - 健身

這個禮拜才決定要開始騎腳踏車
於是每天下班大概騎10km左右
開始運動有流汗感覺還不錯,但我晚上開始失眠了...
睡到一半會流全身汗(沒運動的時候天氣很熱也沒這樣)
汗流浹背到驚醒,一摸才發現全身都是汗
另外是睡眠中醒來上廁所的次數變多了
平常最多一次,大部份沒有,但有騎車的這幾天二次三次的都有
睡眠品質變得很差,害我這禮拜精神不濟,也終於在昨天睡過頭請了半天假...
除了睡眠外,胸悶的情況也變嚴重
平常就會胸悶,但騎車後不管是騎車中途、結束後,都會一直胸悶
我不曉得這跟開始騎腳踏車有沒有關係
上網查不太多人有這樣的情況
不過有找到個說法是晚上運動身體會很亢奮,才會睡不好
附上我的騎車作息時間:
大概7點或7點半下班開始騎、騎到目的地大概8點半左右
再坐個公車回家,所以到家的時候都過9點了,再開始吃晚餐
平均是凌晨1點多睡
身體一向都還蠻健康的,也沒有什麼心臟血管疾病
不曉得是不是真的因為晚上運動的關係?
有人有相同的經驗嗎?
