剛剛重爬了給新手的建議
裡面提到「保守估計,跑步一小時約消耗300卡的脂肪」
理論上跑步消耗的卡洛里應該比騎腳踏車高
而之前在學校騎飛輪的時候
約騎一小時,飛輪機顯示消耗的卡洛里為1000卡
所以說,其實很多部份都是消耗肝醣囉?
那以一般人做有氧運動消耗肝醣跟脂肪的比例大概是多少啊?
又,版友們的經驗,讓身體習慣消耗脂肪提高有氧引擎
訓練強度跟時間大概是多久
(應該說花多久時間可以提高有氧極限)
