最近都有在慢跑
有的時候,也許是時間太早或太晚
剛跑沒幾分鐘,就有「強烈」的飢餓感
不是那種想吃吃東西的慾望而已,而是飢荒難民的那種飢餓感
也由於飢餓,身體沒什麼力氣,要出力都可以感受到那個「虛」
或是那種血糖很低的感覺
請問,在這種狀態下,我應該
1.繼續跑完
2.立即中斷,去吃東西
?
