運動時間無法固定的課表 - 健身

因為老婆要生產了,加上工作比較忙碌,
過去一週可以固定重訓4天,
未來大概只能想辦法擠時間抽空訓練,
不過困擾出現了,
過去4天我課表分為胸背肩腿來鍛鍊,
並且單肌群保持至少48小時的休息。
未來勢必無法維持這樣固定又能充分休息的課表,
請問如果改成有機會就把握住,
一次就做4大肌群,並且不管48小時休息,
只要身體不會過於疲倦就抽空練,
請問課表這樣修改是否可行呢?
還是有什麼更推薦的課表安排方式,
適合時間不固定的人呢?
