深蹲越做越退步 - 健身

目前健大概一年多
原本滿喜歡深蹲的
因為本身就有在打球運動習慣
深蹲比起其他動作也進步最快
但是最近居然越來越退步
前一陣子曾經可以到120*5
之後開始節節退
到現在只能100*5就很累快上不去
是姿勢需要調整嗎還是訓練量問題
一直以來都是胸背腿肩輪迴也不會特別說哪個練比較多
但是腿推倒是有在慢慢進步
希望能得到指教解答
