運動時間的分配? 該是如何?
假如一天有一個小時, 是一次做完一個小時的運動,
還是分二次各30分鐘?
我以前聽過的理論是,要燃燒脂肪,需要有氧運動
持續20分鐘以上,才會開始燃燒脂肪。但是我的同事跟我說,
分期付款的效果會更好,他說不只是運動會消耗熱量,運動結束後
也會有一段時間持續消耗熱量。 所以分二次做運動,總消耗熱量的
時間也就會更長。 究竟哪個理論是對的呢?
