運動時間跟晚餐 - 健身

小弟每周三下午五點都會去學校健身房作重訓
做完大概六點五十
這時會先喝杯7-11的溫牛奶
到了八點左右會再去踢足球(11人制)踢到晚上十點
這中間晚餐時間因為運動的關係拖到了晚上十點多
也就是午餐跟晚餐總共間隔快10個小時
不過也只有周三一天會這樣
不知道這樣會不會對身體有什麼影響
或者該如何改進會好一點
