從去年九月開始一週五天健身房兩天彼拉提斯,加上飲食控制後,截至目前為止已經減了十五公斤
雖然當中經歷停滯期還有失戀暴飲暴食ˊ_>ˋ也有復胖兩三公斤(已減回)
現在還在繼續努力中,目標是結實的腹部跟腹肌線(板娘我要妳的body啊啊啊)
發現兩天沒運動就有差,精神狀況會很虛,三天沒出汗就覺得渾身不對勁
已經到了即使出國也要帶運動鞋跟內衣的地步(還有會先看飯店是否有健身房wwwww)
運動減肥的後遺症就是會運動一輩子好像被下咒似的豪可怕啊~~~(哀嚎)
運動瘦下來的你也有這症頭嗎?
